We offer free shipping with purchases over $80.00.

If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
All orders are processed and shipped within 10 business days. Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day. If you are buying a subscription then we will deliver on: Depending on which subscription option you choose will determine the time, date you will receive your subscription.

We do not offer international shipping.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O Boxes
Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday- Friday
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at kim@lubellabotanicals.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
● Unfortunately, we are unable to except candles that have been used.
● Candles must be returned in original manufacturer packaging. If an order is damaged when delivered, contact the delivery carrier (USPS) so that an insurance claim can be filed immediately.
● Due to the nature of our skincare products, personal care products cannot be returned
● Gift E-cards cannot be returned
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

● A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
● Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
